Cornerstone
I prepared client proposals and supported consulting projects: researching what each project needed, organising the information, and writing structured deliverables in English and Arabic.
My first step into the consulting world: learning first-hand how consulting works, with supervisors and mentors who shared what they knew.
I joined Cornerstone as a Business Analyst Intern.

KaafMeem
Since May 2026 I have built KaafMeem's own operating platform, on my own: a factory app that tracks every abaya through the floor, an office system (SOS) for design, purchasing and inventory, and an AI pipeline that turns names and logos into embroidery files, all on one database and one sign-in. It ran at zero software cost for its first five months; it now runs on paid hosting as it grows.
Tarha cloth is now costed, planned and ordered in whole cutting layers, so purchasing buys what the cutting table really uses.
Embroidered pieces now route Cutting → Embroidery → Stitching, timed and handed over like every other station.
The cutting chief runs several orders at once with shared time and hands batches on from a phone, the way the floor actually works.
Purchasing uploads a supplier's quote and AI fills in the draft fabric order. Switched on in production on 3 November.
Owners create teams, each team manager defines roles, and everyone sees only the apps their role allows.
Factory and office moved onto one database and one login, so staff use a single link for everything.
The factory tracker, SOS and the embroidery pipeline became one codebase with nightly encrypted backups and a rulebook that engineers and AI agents both follow.
SOS signs people into the factory in one step, mirrors Zoho stock, and sends designs to the factory, which reports back what each design became.
Started a full warehouse stocktake with its own audit ledger, so every correction to the inventory goes in as one reviewed upload instead of item-by-item edits.
"Smooth Operating System" started as a sheet-style design pipeline with department permissions and Arabic-aware search, then took over the Items List and Handover workbooks with an AI writer.
Two months in: designing workflows, building AI agents, and developing a tailored ERP for the warehouse, item lifecycle, purchasing and factory.
The factory batch tracker started: production orders, stations, raw-material stock and defect photos. Within weeks the floor app spoke English, Arabic, Urdu and Bengali and tracked every abaya by size through each station with phone scanning.
Orders, batches and stations from cutting to packing, QC and waste; works on phones and scanners in four languages.
The office system: six apps for items, purchasing, inventory, factory, marketing and people.
A live, auto-saving sheet that takes a design from idea to production, with patterns, cloth use and costing.
Cloth planned roll by roll, waste shown before cutting, orders filled by AI from supplier quotes and sent to Zoho.
Turns customer names and logos into machine embroidery files, checked before release.
A full count with an audit ledger, after cleaning up the inventory data.

Management Consulting Club · UJ
I co-founded the Management Consulting Club at the University of Jeddah with Haya Alfitaikha. It is the first university chapter of SYSCA, the Saudi Youth Strategy & Consulting Association. In October 2026 we accepted our first 60 members into four departments and launched the club on 24 October.
We launched MCC/UJ with SYSCA at the Wadi Jeddah Innovation Hub. Yazeed Alharbi, SYSCA's founder, ran the main session on case interviews, and I gave a short talk about SYSCA and our club, its first university chapter.
We accepted our first 60 members into four departments: Strategy, Public Relations, Marketing & Media, and Planning & Organization.
The club opened applications for 2026–2027 as the first university chapter of the Saudi Youth Strategy & Consulting Association.
Before the club launched, Abeer Abdul Ghani and Abdullah Saif, now two of our heads, were in the University of Jeddah team that took first place in the Health Datathon's healthy-longevity track (genomics and biotech) at the Global Health Exhibition 2025.
